Employees¡¯ perceptions of organizational climate was evaluated using Litwin & Stringer¡¯s Organizational Climate Questionnaire (LSOCQ) and employees¡¯ technology acceptance toward e-learning was measured by the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).
