%X Acute abdomen examination, its diagnosis and treatmentinclude some difficulties at emergency clinics. The group ofpatients, who have self-expression problem, is also one of thesedifficulties. Because of the opportunities available in today¡¯smedicine, patients who have severe congenital malformationshave increased survival, so, such kinds of patients can alsoapply to adult emergency clinics. Diagnosis, follow-up andtreatment phases of this patient group present quite a lot ofdifferences when compared to other patient groups. The aimof this presentation was to discuss a case of morque syndromepatient who came to our emergency clinic with the complaintsof nausea, vomit, nuisance for 4 days and got the diagnosis ofetrangule umbilical hernia with literature.
