The group ofpatients, who have self-expression problem, is also one of thesedifficulties. Because of the opportunities available in today¡¯smedicine, patients who have severe congenital malformationshave increased survival, so, such kinds of patients can alsoapply to adult emergency clinics. Diagnosis, follow-up andtreatment phases of this patient group present quite a lot ofdifferences when compared to other patient groups.
