%X The aim of this paper is to present a comparative and descriptive study of the bankcard agreement in Spanish and French. The issue is approached from a double perspective: translation and comparative law. Specifically, we analyze the macrostructure and the microstructure of this contractual document in both languages and cultures. The purpose is of practical nature: to help translators to analyze in depth the general and specific aspects of the bank card contract with a view to its translation.
