We all know that the amount of available information is growing rapidly, and finding the time to make sense of it and incorporate it into our practice is an ongoing problem. Without developing ourselves, however, we run the risk of stagnating in our practice: relying on past successes without exploring new opportunities for future improvements in how we do our work and build our libraries.
