%X This article reports on the introduction of an innovation management program at ETH-Bibliothek, the main library of ETH Zurich, including background information from over two years of experience. The innovation strategy and the innovation process are presented. The article deals with these questions: How can employees be integrated into the process? Which tools and methods can be adapted for innovation management? Furthermore, the subject of systematic idea finding is discussed and how innovation management can be integrated into product management.
