%X This article aims to highlight the editorial adventure of Theophylact of Ohrid¡¯s less known work Historia martyrii XV martyrum, and as a preview of the overall critical edition that this much afflicted hagiographical text requires and deserves, it offers some critical remarks based on the study of codex Baroccianus gr. 197, the single manuscript that delivers this text, as well as the previous editions and critical comments.
