Comparative research of two emerging African countries have neither been done or is very scanty at best. This prompted us to undertake a study of two African countries Botswana in the Southern African region and Ghana in the West African region. It turned out as expected that, these two countries share a lot in common in their quest to develop their B2B and B2C E-commerce and become E-Society. The study showed that a lot of security issues that are expressed by one country is highly correlated to the other. The study was conducted in the period from May to December 2010. The results of our findings are presented in this paper. %U http://rgjournals.com/index.php/ijkrm/article/view/89
