%X The aim of this research is to examine the structure of cost data bases which are used for building cost estimating in different design stages in Turkey and then to determine the problems of these cost data bases by comparing them with other cost data bases which are used in the world. Besides that, there will be advices to improve the cost data bases for more reliable cost estimating in Turkey.
