%X Review the implementation or not of the principle to the confiscation of the fence tax penalties. Through a purposive interpretation (and final), logic, historical and, especially, systematic, without forgetting the use of doctrinal lessons and case law, it will show that the said principle also focuses on penalties, not limited to the taxes themselves.
