%X Resumen:La presente investigaci¨®n hace un estudio psicom¨¦trico de un nuevo sistema de calificaci¨®n de la Prueba Gest¨¢ltica del Bendermodificada para ni os, que es el Sistema de Calificaci¨®n Cualitativa (Brannigan y Brunner, 2002), en un muestra de 244 ni osingresantes a primer grado de primaria en cuatro colegios p¨²blicos, ubicados en Lima. El enfoque usado es un an¨¢lisis noparam¨¦trico de ¨ªtems mediante el programa Testgraf (Ramsay, 1991). Los resultados indican niveles apropiados deconsistencia interna, identific¨¢ndose la unidimensionalidad, y el buen nivel discriminativo de las categor¨ªas de calificaci¨®n deeste Sistema Cualitativo. No se hallaron diferencias demogr¨¢ficas respecto al g¨¦nero ni la edad. Se discuten los presenteshallazgos en el contexto del potencial uso del Sistema de Calificaci¨®n Cualitativa y del an¨¢lisis no param¨¦trico de ¨ªtems en lainvestigaci¨®n psicom¨¦trica.AbstracThis research designs a psychometric study of a new scoring system of the Bender Gestalt test modified to children: it is theQualitative Scoring System (Brannigan & Brunner, 2002), in a sample of 244 first grade children of primary level, in four public school of Lima. The approach aplied is the nonparametric item analysis using The test graft computer program (Ramsay, 1991). Our findings point to good levels of internal consistency, unidimensionality and good discriminative level ofthe categories of scoring from the Qualitative Scoring System. There are not demographic differences between gender or age.We discuss our findings within the context of the potential use of the Qualitative Scoring System and of the nonparametricitem analysis approach in the psychometric research.
