%X A multijunction silicon solar cell with vertical p¨Cn junctions consisted of four serial n+¨Cp¨Cp+-structures was simulated using Silvaco TCAD software package. The dependence of solar cell characteristics on the silicon wafer thickness is investigated for a wide range of values.
