We report a very rare case of a 16-year-old male patient with schwannoma of the lower lip. Complete excision of the tumour led to cure without any aesthetic deficit. Histological examination and immunohistochemical staining were used for the diagnosis. Even though schwannoma is a clinical rarity, it should be taken into consideration in the differential diagnosis of a lower lip mass. %K schwannoma %K lower lip %K neurogenic tumours %U http://www.haoms.org/haomsjournal/2011teuxos_3_article_5.pdf
