%X In this work of investigation, in which a complete evaluation will realize to the process Insurance of the Quality of the department Geoinformatic, belonging to the Center of Development Geoinformatic and Digital Signs of the University of Informatics Sciences. During the evaluation a set of aims measured up to satisfy the process in question, across the proposed indicators, this one threw the principal deficiencies of the process Insurance of the Quality to being corrected by means of the actions of improvements. To validate the results of the evaluation, there was realized the certification of the offer of indicators, linearly proportional element to the reached results, checking if the proposed indicators are capable of measuring the activities specified by the standard ISO/IEC 15504 to reach successful results in the implementation of the process insurance of the quality and a comparative analysis between deficiencies before found by means of interview realized to the leader of the group of quality and the reached results. se realizar芍 una evaluaci車n completa al proceso Aseguramiento de la Calidad del departamento Geoinform芍tica, perteneciente al Centro de Desarrollo Geoinform芍tica y Se ales Digitales (GEySED) de la Universidad de las Ciencias Inform芍ticas (UCI). Durante la evaluaci車n se midieron un conjunto de objetivos para satisfacer el proceso en cuesti車n, a trav谷s de los indicadores propuestos, esta arroj車 las principales deficiencias del proceso Aseguramiento de la Calidad a ser corregidas por medio de las acciones de mejoras. Para validar los resultados de la evaluaci車n, se realiz車 la certificaci車n de la propuesta de indicadores, elemento linealmente proporcional a los resultados alcanzados, verificando si los indicadores propuestos son capaces de medir las actividades especificadas por el est芍ndar ISO/IEC 15504 para alcanzar resultados exitosos en la implementaci車n del proceso Aseguramiento de la Calidad y un an芍lisis comparativo entre deficiencias previamente encontradas por medio de entrevista realizada al l赤der del Grupo de Calidad y los resultados alcanzados.
