Although a low prevalence in the population, rare diseases can be considered a public health priority, as their consequences are numerous and occur on many dimensions (diseases generating death, invalidity, high economic and social costs, etc.). Gastric neuroendocrine tumors (NET), mainly through their metastatic potential, is a type of tumors with unfavorable evolution.
