%X En este trabajo reviso tanto la constituci車n contempor芍nea (postestructuralista) de lo puede llamarse la condici車n apor谷tica de nuestro pensamiento filos車fico, bas芍ndome principalmente en textos de Jaques Derrida y Ernesto Laclau, como en la constituci車n de esta condici車n apor谷tica por parte de Immanuel Kant en la Dial谷ctica Trascendental de la Cr赤tica de la Raz車n Pura. Centr芍ndome en este tema, (1) analizo la apuesta por la cual Kant se abre paso ante la imposibilidad de tr芍nsito implicada por esta apor赤a o antinomia para desembocar en una filosof赤a pr芍ctica que privilegia la idea de libertad, y (2) reviso la relaci車n de esta condici車n apor谷tica con la fundamental idea trascendental de lo incondicionado, y otros conceptos vinculados. Luego, en un apartado final, establezco cinco grandes diferencias que impone nuestra 谷poca con respecto a la soluci車n kantiana, argumentado por qu谷 y en qu谷 lugar del sistema kantiano debemos provocar una cesura, rescatando s車lo la actitud por la cual se abre paso ante la condici車n apor谷tica, y que podemos emular todav赤a hoy, pero dejando de lado ideas como imperativo categ車rico o deber, conceptos ante los cuales propongo desplazamientos m芍s acordes a nuestras constricciones actuales. In this paper I look over the contemporary (poststructuralist) constitution of what can be called the aporetic condition of our philosophical thought, mainly based on Jaques Derrida's and Ernesto Laclau's works, as well as the constitution of this special condition in Immanuel Kant's Trascendental Dialectic (Critique of Pure Reason). Focusing on this subject, (1) I analize the wager whereby Kant opens a way to break through the imposibilty of any resolution implied by this antinomy, a bet that leads to his practical philosophy, and (2) I check out the relation between this apory and the foundational concept of the unconditional (Unbedingt). In a final section, I establish five main diferences that our age demands regarding this kantian proposal, explaining why and on which particular moment of the kantian philosophy we should interrupt the unity of the system, preserving the attitude and the performative decision whereby he opens a way through the antinomy, but rejecting such concepts as duty or categorical imperative, concepts that should be replaced by new ones, more in agreement with our present constrictions.
