%X Contemporaneous Roma repatriation that Sarkozy＊s government has started up, once again force us to reflect on the relation between the migration phenomenon and its political management. This short paper deals with the theoretical matters that the immigration policies entail, with special attention on the political management of the human spaces. In fact it is through the analyses of the  space freedom  that it can be glimpsed biopolitic elements in the migration policies of the European States and of the European Union itself. Las actuales repatriaciones de gitanos que el gobierno de Sarkozy ha puesto en marcha nos obliga a reflexionar una vez m芍s sobre la relaci車n entre el fen車meno de las migraciones y su gesti車n pol赤tica. En este peque o ensayo se abordan los temas te車ricos que las pol赤ticas de inmigraci車n conllevan, con particular atenci車n a la gesti車n pol赤tica de los espacios humanos. De hecho es a trav谷s del an芍lisis de la libertad  espacial  que se pueden entrever elementos biopol赤ticos en las pol赤ticas de inmigraci車n de los Estados y de la Uni車n Europea.
