%X Os objetivos da pesquisa foram monitorar e analisar os parametros:temperatura, umidade relativa do ar, velocidade e dire  o do vento para compreender como se deram os principais quadros de desconforto ou conforto t¨¦rmico no ano 2009 (ver o e inverno) no munic¨ªpio de Ourinhos. Foram instaladas diversas esta  es meteorol¨®gicas autom¨¢ticas no espa o urbano e seu entorno para medir essas vari¨¢veis meteorol¨®gicas. Atrav¨¦s da escala Beaufort foi poss¨ªvel classificar a velocidade do vento. A partir do aplicativo Excel e do Software Surfer 8 realizou-se a an¨¢lise das vari¨¢veis. Por fim, o diagrama deconforto humano possibilitou verificar os pontos de maior vulnerabilidade devido ¨¤s condi  es clim¨¢ticas adversas. Os resultados possibilitaram verificar que os pontos escolhidos mostraram-se de acordo com as caracter¨ªsticas esperadas, ou seja, diferentes estruturas do ambiente afetam sistematicamente a dinamica do clima. Assim, Ourinhos, Estado de S o Paulo, tem tend¨ºncia a apresentar ¨¢reas de desconforto, bem como fen menos de ilhas de calor. Pode-se concluir que a produ  o do espa o deste munic¨ªpiotem favorecido o quadro de degrada  o ambiental e social. The objectives this paper were to monitor and analyze the parameters: temperature, relative humidity, air speed and direction wind, to understand as occurred the main frames of discomfort or thermalcomfort in two contrasting periods of the 2009 (summer and winter) in Ourinhos. In different environments were installed measuring instruments to measure the meteorological variables. The Beaufort scale allowed classifying speed wind. From the Excel application and from the Software Surfer 8 performed the analysis of variables. Finally, from the diagram of human comfort it was found the points of greatest vulnerability to adverse weather conditions. It was possible to verify that the chosen points are shown in accordance with the expected characteristics, in other words, different structures of theenvironment affect systematically the dynamics of climate. Thus, Ourinhos, S o Paulo State, has a tendency to present phenomena as heat islands. It can be concluded that the production of space of this city has favored the framework of environmental degradation and social.
