%X A est¨¦tica de Hegel, longe de ficar adstrita ¨¤ an¨¢lise das obras de arte, ¨¦ rica em categorias ¨²teis para a an¨¢lise da forma jur¨ªdica. Nessa perspectiva, tanto a arte como o direito resultam do mesmo esp¨ªrito coletivo. No entanto, a est¨¦tica de Hegel, diferentemente de sua filosofia do direito, evidencia a componente tr¨¢gica desse esp¨ªrito. Hegel's aesthetic, far from being hosted by the analysis of works of art, is rich in useful categories for the analysis of legal form. From this perspective, art and law result from the same collective spirit. However, the aesthetics of Hegel, unlike his legal philosophy, shows the tragic part of this spirit.
