Para o levantamento das informa es, foram realizadas entrevistas em profundidade e an¨¢lise documental dos curr¨ªculos de 1992 e 2006, sendo o conte¨²do analisado por meio de metodologia qualitativa. Os resultados evidenciaram que a humaniza o das rela es, aliada ¨¤ interdisciplinaridade, pode agregar novos valores ¨¤ forma o do fisioterapeuta, contudo as resist¨ºncias internas dos professores e a falta de infraestrutura material e investimentos podem comprometer o desenvolvimento das novas a es planejadas. The aim of this study was to understand the challenges and perspectives of change that teachers of the Physical Therapy course atLondrina State University found when establishing the curricular guidelines. Interviews and document analysis were conducted of curricula from 1992 and 2006, and the contents were analyzed by means of qualitative methodology.
