%X [es] En este art¨ªculo, analizamos la conferencia pronunciada por el Vicepresidente de Bolivia, ¨¢lvaro Garc¨ªa Linera, en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, el 8 de abril de 2010. El trabajo se encuadra en una investigaci¨®n acerca del discurso pol¨ªtico y la construcci¨®n de la noci¨®n de estado a partir de la promulgaci¨®n de la nueva Construcci¨®n del Estado (2007). Primero, situaremos, en el contexto de la escena englobadora del discurso acad¨¦mico, a la conferencia como escena gen¨¦rica e indicaremos sus diversas escenograf¨ªas. Ello, considerando que el g¨¦nero discursivo resulta el primer gran otro en funci¨®n del cual se construyen los discursos. Nuestra hip¨®tesis interpretativa sostiene que el discurso acerca del estado se vincular¨ªa con la contraargumentaci¨®n (impl¨ªcita o expl¨ªcita) del otro y ello se plasmar¨ªa en diversas estrategias ling¨¹¨ªsticas: las negaciones pol¨¦micas y metaling¨¹¨ªsticas; el uso de conectores contraargumentativos o antiorientados; la presencia de ciertas formas de¨ªcticas. Estos dos ¨²ltimos aspectos se ir¨¢n se alando en los diversos an¨¢lisis. Nuestro aporte radica, creemos, en proveer una herramienta interpretativa a partir del an¨¢lisis del discurso que favorezca una lectura interdisciplinaria en las ¨¢reas de la Ciencia Pol¨ªtica y la Comunicaci¨®n. [en] In this paper, we analyze the speech delivered by Vice-President of Bolivia, Alvaro Garcia Linera, at the Law Faculty at the University of Buenos Aires on April 8, 2010. The work is part of a research about the political discourse and the construction of the notion of state since the enactment of the new State Building (2007). First, the conference will be placed, in the context of the scene encompassing the academic discourse, as a generic scene and the different scenery will be indicated. This, considering that the discourse genre results in the first major other in terms of which discourses are constructed. Our interpretative hypothesis argues that the discourse about the state would be associated with the counter-argument (implicit or explicit) of the other and this would be reflected in different linguistic strategies: the controversial and metalinguistic negations; the use of counter-argumentative connectors; the presence of certain deictic forms. The latter two will be pointed out in the different analysis. Our contribution lies, we believe, in providing an interpretative tool coming from discourse analysis that would promote an interdisciplinary reading in the areas of Political Science and Communication
