%X The debates regarding the future of Europe have been recently focusingmore and more on topics such as European identity and cultural dimension of integration.Along the centuries, Europe has been a space where different cultures co-existed, but also aprivileged environment for intercultural communication. The European Union can become aviable entity if it succeeds in building, in time, a joint cultural space, able to strengthen theĦ°community feelingĦħ of citizens in the member states.
