%X The authors of this document are aiming to substantiate the advantages of en-route mechanical activation technology as aids for railroad transportation of viscous oil and oil products in tank cars. The conceptual design implies the use of momentum generated by brake action. This document also contains preliminary data of laboratory research confirming the validity of the developed concept.
