Methodology: Report of experience with the practice of nurses working in theESF, which developed the workshops as group activities with women. The target population were 20 women of all agesFHS users in the municipality of Vila Flor / RN / Brazil. The workshops took place weekly, in 2009 and weredeveloped in four meetings. Results and Discussion: The workshops addressed the following themes: knowing thewoman's body, sexuality and violence against women. Identifying, so that leisure and work are factors that disrupt thepersonal and family harmony, allowing the body through the knowledge of the opportunity to remove their doubts andto differentiate the sexual practice of sexuality. The theme of violence tells the woman instructed about prevention andunderstanding of their rights in relation to reproduction and health care. Conclusions: The strategy of care possible tothe users access to information that does emerge liberating self-esteem, resilience and empowerment, making peoplemore secure and settled, reducing the emotional distress. %K Women's Health.
