%X Este art赤culo presenta los aportes te車ricos y metodol車gicos de una investigaci車n desarrollada en el sur de Colombia 每la zona andina nari ense-, en el marco de un proyecto de desarrollo social denominado: ※Programa Suyusama§. Esta investigaci車n posibilit車 la identificaci車n y priorizaci車n de los retos tecnol車gicos de los planes de desarrollo de 25 comunidades municipales y orient車 sus implementaciones. La investigaci車n aporta un grupo de categor赤as, variables y procesos metodol車gicos para construir socialmente el futuro tecnol車gico, a trav谷s de la participaci車n comunitaria. Esos aportes confrontan algunas limitaciones de lo que se ha denominado tecnolog赤a social y del construccionismo social de la tecnolog赤a. Adem芍s, sugiere una forma de concretar y operacionalizar lo que propone el concepto de la adecuaci車n socio-t谷cnica.AbstractThis article presents the theoretical and methodological contributions of research developed in the south of Colombia 每 the Andean region of Nari o 每 within the framework of a social development project entitled ※Suyusama Program.§ This research made possible the identification and prioritizing of technological challenges in the development plans of 25 municipal communities and oriented their implementation. The research contributes a group of categories, variables, and methodological processes for the social construction of the technological future through community participation. These contributions face a number of limitations regarding what has been called social technology and regarding the social construction of technology. In addition, there emerges a way to make concrete and operative that proposed by the concept of social-technical appropriateness.
