%X In this note the authors study the algebraic geometrical propertiesof a model Kepler supposed as Mars¡¯s orbit. Especially it is shown thatthe distance between Mars and the sun in Kepler¡¯s vicarious ovum is composedby a ruler and a compass for every true anomaly.
