UNA EXPERIENCIA DE TRANSFORMACI車N CURRICULAR EN EL MARCO DE LA NUEVA UNIVERSIDAD VENEZOLANA %A Mayra Rosario Moreno Pino %A Rayza Josefina V芍squez de Parra %J Didasc@lia : Did芍ctica y Educaci車n %D 2013 %I Universidad de Las Tunas & Universidad de Ciencias Pedag車gicas de Granma %X The Venezuelan university before the Bolivarian Revolution was characterized by institutional behavior that essentially promoted the exclusion for income level, university management linked to capitalist bourgeois interests, outdated laws remained in force and decontextualized, in its generality, the practice of university graduates was reproductive foreign models characteristic of the capitalist system. This reality has been changing radically progressive and after the enactment of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in 1999, the creation of the Bolivarian University, the Sucre Mission, Mission Alma Mater, the decree of Education Law, among other initiatives of the Bolivarian government. In this reality, originates the National Training Program in Quality Systems and Environment (PNFSCA) as a college project, designed for a social, political, economic and cultural different: XXI century socialism. This paper aims to present the experience of reconstruction curriculum of this PNFSCA, through the joint efforts of Venezuelan and Cuban specialists in the areas of quality, environment and curriculum. As main results are, first, the determination of PNFSCA links with the Sim車n Bol赤var National Project 2007-2013, curricular reconstruction of their goals, objectives, structure, curriculum, professional profiles and development of several programs Synoptics. Finally done, as a proposal, design and presentation of a master in the same program, aimed at teachers who administer it.RESUMENLa universidad venezolana antes de la Revoluci車n Bolivariana se caracteriz車 por un comportamiento institucional que esencialmente promov赤a la exclusi車n para el ingreso al nivel, una gesti車n universitaria ligada a intereses de la burgues赤a capitalista, mantuvo en vigencia leyes obsoletas y descontextualizadas; en su generalidad, la pr芍ctica de los egresados universitarios era reproductora de modelos for芍neos caracter赤sticos del sistema capitalista. Esta realidad se ha ido transformando progresiva y radicalmente a partir de la promulgaci車n de la Constituci車n de la Rep迆blica Bolivariana de Venezuela en 1999, la creaci車n de la Universidad Bolivariana, la Misi車n Sucre, la Misi車n Alma Mater, el decreto de Ley Org芍nica de Educaci車n, entre otras iniciativas del gobierno Bolivariano. En esta realidad, se origina el Programa Nacional de Formaci車n en Sistemas de Calidad y Ambiente (PNFSCA) como proyecto de educaci車n universitaria, ideado para un contexto social, pol赤tico, econ車mico y cultural diferente: el socialismo del siglo XXI.
