%X Este articulo da estudia la situaci車n del desarrollo e implementaci車n de la Prestaci車n Econ車mica de Asistencia Personal en toda Espa a, a nivel normativo y pr芍ctico. Esta Prestaci車n es clave para conseguir que muchas personas con discapacidad y gran dependencia, puedan realizar una vida aut車noma e independiente. Conocer estos datos ayudar芍 a comprender e identificar los principales problemas que 谷sta pueda presentar en su aplicaci車n y permitir芍 extraer una serie de conclusiones y recomendaciones que podr芍n servir para mejorar su funcionamiento. Para lograrlo se ha realizado un gran esfuerzo de b迆squeda, recogida, an芍lisis y selecci車n de la informaci車n ya existente (datos secundarios). Los resultados obtenidos han sido muy reveladores, apreci芍ndose una gran diferencia entre territorios y resultando su aplicaci車n, insuficiente. This article studies the development and implementation of the "Economic Support of Personal Assistance" in Spain, at the normative and practical level. This Support is basic to many people with disabilities and high dependency. With this, they can have an autonomous and independent life. Knowing these facts will help in the understanding and the identification of the main problems that could occur in the application of this support. It also allows a number of conclusions to be drawn and recommendations to be made that may serve to improve its performance. To achieve this, a great effort has been made to search for, collect, analyse and select existing information (secondary data). The results are very revealing; differences among territories demonstrate that the resulting application of this disability allowance was not sufficient.
