Optical Density (OD) was alsomeasured by spectrophotometer; then the effect of this nano composite, in thevicinity of aforementioned bacteria, on the sterilized gauze in solid MullerHinton Agar and TSB liquid mediums was assessedResults: The mentioned nanocomposite was formed with the composition of4mg/ml Chitosan concentration and 2% titanium dioxide concentration. Finally, we observed that this nanocomposite near 100% could preventbacterial growth and in the presence of this material did not grow any bacteria. Conclusion: chitosan-Tio2 Nanocomposite can be useful on culture mediumand sterilized gauze to control pathologic bacteria.Key words: nanocomposite, nanochitosan, titanium dioxide, antibacterial, sterilized gauze %K nanocomposite %K nanochitosan %K titanium dioxide %K antibacterial %K sterilized gauze %U http://www.goums.ac.ir/mljgoums/browse.php?a_id=200&slc_lang=en&sid=1&ftxt=1
