A drop-weight testdevice was used for this purpose. In order to assessthe response parameters, a block diagram wasdesigned using LabView program. Five rectangularcomposite panels were investigated, simply supportedon all edges. All panels had the same structure ofmaterials: seven layers of glass woven fabric / epoxyresin and oak wood flour as the filler material on theinterface of the layers. The effects of the differentimpact velocities on the mechanical behaviour ofthese composite panels were analyzed. %K low-velocity impact %K composite material %K glass fibres %K wood flour. %U http://www.proligno.ro/en/articles/2011/2/stan_full.pdf
