%X Este trabajo tiene por objeto analizar la nulidad procesal en el procedimiento civil chileno y determinar los inconvenientes que existen al construir un sistema anulatorio teniendo como base principal la estructura org¨¢nica de los actos procesales. Se propone un nuevo enfoque de la nulidad procesal como t¨¦cnica o instrumento procesal que tiene por objeto el resguardo del ordenamiento jur¨ªdico a trav¨¦s de la protecci¨®n de las garant¨ªas procesales de los litigantes. This paper aims to examine the nullity of procedures in the Chilean civil procedure and determine the problems that exist in building a nullity legal system having as a base the main organizational structure of the procedural acts. It is proposed a new approach of the procedural nullity as a technique or instrument whose aim is to safeguard the legal system through the protection of the procedural guarantees of the litigants.
