Nevertheless, the object-oriented development methodis often insufficient by itself to fully support the depths required for initial system specification.This paper explores basic concepts and issues of the OO approach; specifically, we concentrate onthe notion of object in the requirement phase of the software life cycle used to model reality. Wepropose a foundation for a conceptual model with an object viewed as a flow system.
