The regularities of hierarchical discreteness of the geophysical environment are showed. Multi-component systems of the Earth ¨C the lithosphere, the earth¡¯s crust, rock and its separate blocks ¨C are the open systems. Interactions of any natural system with its environment can be very small. Thanks to the presence of small perturbations¨C microreasons geophysical environment can be considered as an information open system. The information-descriptive models of the geophysical environment on the basis of mental experiments and methods of analogies are constructed.
