One of the most important role of the higher education institutions, together with the generation and the application of new knowledge and of knowledge in general and the formation of inland human resources, remains the support given to the objectives of the state`s national economy, out of which themost known is the income generation. The literature we have studied proves that the front office personnel can contribute to establish the operational standards of the educational institutions, especially with regards to the content of the curriculum, the habits and the skills that must be developed by the students in orderfor them to be able to compete for employment.
