%X El presente trabajo analiza la influencia del ideal de unificaci車n jur赤dica, como elemento clave del progreso jur赤dico de las revoluciones liberales, sobre los procesos de Constitucionalismo y, posteriormente, de Codificaci車n civil, todo ello dentro del panorama jur赤dico espa ol y del contexto hist車rico decimon車nico. Asimismo trata de apoyar las teor赤as de que el proceso constitucional fue determinante en la codificaci車n y de c車mo 谷sta se retras車 m芍s de medio siglo por la oposici車n de los movimientos antiuniformistas que defend赤an sus derechos forales. This work analyzes the influence of the ideal of legal unification, as a key element for the legal progress of the liberal revolutions, on the Constitutionalism processes and, subsequently, of the Codification of civil law within the Spanish juridical spectrum and the historical context of the 19th Century. It is also an attempt to support the theories suggesting that the constitutional process was crucial for the codification and how this was delayed for more than half a century due to the opposition of anti-uniformitarian movements that defended their rights as autonomies.
