%X The author shows that by using Boaz Garnor's approach to appraise the Indonesian counter-terrorism activities will help in measuring and explaining the effectiveness of the war against terrorism. The author also suggests that, while continuing to apply these counter-terrorism policies, the Indonesian Government needs to give more weight on its efforts at several important issues in order to diminish any terror threat stemming from Islamic radical teachings and movements, and maintain its unity.
