From its establishment, it has had to reinvent itself in response to political, social, economic and academic circumstances. It was created at the end of the eighteenth century to house teaching and research collections that were much appreciated at that time. However, the museum history is full of losses and recoveries. Rebirth in the twenty-first century; a new plan was developed taking into account the academic environment and seeking public recognition.
