%X El objetivo de este art¨ªculo es analizar el concepto de donaci¨®n en la ¨¦tica contempor¨¢nea. Este an¨¢lisis se realiza en tres momentos: el primero se sit¨²a en la introducci¨®n y muestra que es un concepto importante en el que convergen la fenomenolog¨ªa, el personalismo y la hermen¨¦utica. Esta convergencia no solo supone un uso frecuente del concepto sino un abuso del mismo cuando se construye de espalda a las mediaciones objetivas o institucionales que lo condicionan. El segundo presenta una antropolog¨ªa del don y muestra su relaci¨®n con los objetos, la reciprocidad, la deuda y la libertad. En el tercer momento se describe la filosof¨ªa de la donaci¨®n de Paul Ricoeur, donde se comprueba un uso cr¨ªtico y reflexivo de esta categor¨ªa, as¨ª como su di¨¢logo con M. H¨¦naff. The aim of this paper is to analyze the concept of donation in contemporary ethics. This analysis is done in three stages: the first is the introduction and shows that it is an important concept in the converging phenomenology, personalism and hermeneutics. This convergence is not only a frequent use of the concept but an abuse of it when buil¨¢ng back to mediation or institutional objective that condition. The second presents an anthropology of the gift and shows their relationship to objects, reciprocity, deb¨ª and freedom. The third moment descubes the philosophy of Pa¨²l Ricoeur donation, which verifies critical and reflective use of this category and its dialogue with M. H¨¦naff.
