It is aimed to analyze thesignifi cance of this clothing as an element which ispresent in the formation of the image of the companiesin human relations professionals and corporateidentity. It is based in bibliographical research,costume analysis and interview. It is discussed howthese artefacts are noticed and interpreted in theinternal and external relations to the professionalsand the use of the uniform as a contradictoryform of homogenization and of a distinction of socialclasses. It concludes that for the company, thiscostume represents a group of concepts, statementsand explanations; it is interpreted as derived of theidentity of the area.
