%X The possibility of increasing the efficiency of cargo port business process management is considered. The technology of balanced scorecard creating, from the choosing of strategy, constructing the tree of goals, making the specification of the tree of goals according to four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, training and development; to the constructing of the strategic map of the cargo port, which includes the main indicators reflecting the results of the port business process, is described. The possibility of using the concept of an enterprise risk management system together with the concept of a balanced scorecard is also studied. An imitation model evaluating cargo port strategic risks, depending on the change in the input data model based on the construction of risk maps is presented.
