%X A trav谷s del desnudo se plantean apasionantes problemas culturales, est谷ticos, pol赤ticos y art赤sticos. El an芍lisis geneal車gico de tres obras realizadas en diferentes momentos hist車ricos y con funciones sociales muy distintas, como son la Venus de Botticelli, la Venus de Urbino de Tiziano y la Venus del Espejo de Ve-l芍zquez, nos muestra c車mo esos cuadros sirvieron para configurar el ideal de mujer dominante en cada 谷poca y la construcci車n social de la feminidad en Occidente. Through the study of art nude, the following paper will approach cultural, aesthetic, political and artistic issues. Through a genealogical analysis of three works of art, made in different historical moments and with very different social purposes, such as The Birth of Venus by Botticelli, The Venus of Urbino by Titian and The Rokeby Venus by Vel芍zquez, we will see how the ideal figure for a woman was constructed in each period and how the social construction of femininity used to work in the western culture.
