%X The paper is focused on changes in dwelling conceptions and its advancing from necessity to create condition for middle class inhabitants dwelling - support of new (very often individual) houses building into social range and social questions. State and local level are discussed and examples from Pardubice (2005) and NoveMesto nad Metuji (2012) are showed.
