Rus %A Adriana BŁżban %A Saul N. de Jesus %J Psihologia Resurselor Umane %D 2012 %I Romanian Association for Industrial and Organizational Psychology %X This study analyzes the research that have examined team learning in relation to work team effectiveness interms of sample, research design, methods of data gathering, and theoretical aspects investigated. This analysiswas conducted to reveal potential moderators of the relationship between these two concepts. The results revealthat in the analyzed studies the two concepts were preponderantly examined with project, services and multipleteams and self-report methods. All studies used a cross-sectional design. Most frequently, team learning was studied as a process in terms of learning behaviors and examined in relation to perceived performance as a criterionof work team effectiveness. The studies that have analyzed team learning as a one-dimensional concept suggestits positive relationship with work team effectiveness but those that have measured it as a multidimensional concept provide inconsistent results for this relation. %K team learning %K work team effectiveness %K synthesis %U http://www.apio.ro/pru/archive/2012_vol10_1_4.pdf
