Acid activation does not destroy the glauconite: itslayer structure has been preserved despite leaching a considerable number (about 60%) of octahedralcations. The activation has significantly increased major textural parameters of the glauconite, i.e. its specificsurface, porosity and microporosity. %K glauconite %K acid activation %K surface area %K microporosity %U http://www.ptmin.agh.edu.pl/vol35no2/vol35no2_6.pdf
