%X The present article regards the future of NATO as a vital alliance of the international scene, because as many analysts suggest it is America's only permanent bridge to Europe, an official expression of our commitment to each other's sdefense. NATO represents the guarantee to maintain the peace in Europe. NATO is one of our key instruments in today's s world politics. The article suggeststhat we should continue to depend on NATO and to believe in it as a guidepost for our future.
