%X This article attempts to analyze the current situation with regard to greening trend of Russian companies. This issue is examined from the standpoint of the authors of the three sides: on the part of public authorities, which may have an impact on this process from the outside, regardless of the business relationship to the issue on the part of Russian companies from the Russian consumer. For this purpose, the analysis of the legislation marked the environmentally responsible Russian producers surveyed consumers.
