%X We present the results of a validation process two scales to measure skills of teachers teaching in a public university in Mexico. The elements to consider in this project were checking to test the construct validity and reliability of the method of collection, as well as contributing to the technical dimension of the evaluation of teachers.Se presentan los resultados de un proceso de validaci車n de dos escalas para medir habilidades did芍cticas en profesores de una universidad p迆blica en M谷xico.
