This issue is a former social and educational challenge, but still be scented today. It is a complex approach that requires the work of many, but with the protection of educational institutions and policies and legislation that addresses the reality of the problem and did not intend to "band-aids" to a problem that every day is still unresolved, utopian situation can become a reality.
