Biosurfactants are microbiologic compounds with active surfaces. Variety in biosurfactants production comprises a vast realm of industrial applications, one of which is their effective role in oil enhanced recovery in the same time as increasing crude oil constituents¡¯ solubility and effectively increasing oil and water inter-surface stresses. Researches on optimized methods of oil pollutants elimination from overland and/or marine ecosystems proceed on progress. This study purpose is to assess factors: pH, salinity and biosurfactant applied concentration; following to present optimum conditions of Taguchi experimental design method in order to compromise pollution minimum content and oil maximum absorption to sea ecosystem. According to this design, the dominating factors were identified as pH and biosurfactant concentration. While salinity and biosurfactant concentration were ranked as less effective parameters on contamination clearance. %K Microorganisms %K biosurfactant %K biotechnology %K oil clearance %K pollution recovery %K Taguchi experiment design %K ecosystem %U http://www.petrotex.us/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/Optimization-of-biosurfactant-production.pdf
