The criteria of determination of level of §¬§´-§Ü§à§Þ§á§Ö§ä§Ö§ß§ä§ß§à§ã§ä of teachers-§á§â§Ö§Õ§Þ§Ö§ä§ß§Ú§Ü §Ó which work with a virtual class are given, the model of integration of virtual class is described in an educational-educate process. In the article the problem of modernization of pupils¡¯ individual training by the means of modern computer-focused educational environment is considered. There are presented criteria to define the ICT-competence level of the teachers working in a virtual class, as well as, are described six levels of ICT-competence, namely: "know", ¡°minimum base¡±, "base", "deepened", "research", "expert". It is presented the model of integration of a virtual class in teaching and educational process, features of virtual training are defined, the technology of a conference which is a base of a virtual class functioning is described, the analysis of traditional, distance learning and learning in a virtual class is analized.
