El caso de la di¨¢spora chilena %A Patricio Brickle %A Miguel Norambuena %A Andr¨¦s Saavedra %J Revista Enfoques : Ciencia Pol¨ªtica y Administraci¨®n P¨²blica %D 2010 %I Universidad Central de Chile %X The present work aims at reflecting on integrated capitalism and the inclusion of the Chilean dispersion into national reality not only thinking about the possibility of granting the right to vote to Chilean citizens living abroad but also explaining other innovative measures such as giving bicentennial scholarships to their sons so they may come to Chile to study. The Chilean State cannot give itself the satisfaction of not incorporating those thousands of fellow-citizens who studied and live abroad at present. T here must be a dynamic correspondence between the internal and foreign policies displayed by our country.
